The Police Federation of England and Wales Annual Conference brings together policing representatives and bodies from across the UK, providing the opportunity for discussion and debate, and the sharing of good practise to ensure policing in the 21st Century is able to meet the increasing challenges and expectations it faces. The Gloucestershire Federation Branch Board would like to offer Federated members the opportunity of attending conference as an observer on Wednesday the 19th May 2010, to witness these debates first hand and to listen to the Home Secretary’s speech and National Federation response.
